OSCAR is a web-based application that can run on a single or redundant server configuration and be integrated in your office or hosted in the cloud. Substantial security delivers OSCAR software and databases securely to your web browser. Both Windows and Mac workstations are supported.

The OSCAR architecture will vastly reduce your deployment and maintenance costs as you are not required to replace your entire office with new workstations. Your existing office computers will usually be sufficient.
